Motivation

What was the motivation?
power that drives a person to do something. Motiv can be interpreted as an internal condition. Which originated from the word "motive", the motivation can be defined as the driving force that has been active at certain times, especially when the need is felt for a very urgent goal.


function of motivation in learning :
- Encourage men to do or act. The motive was to function as a driver or a motorcycle that gives      energy (force) someone to perform a task.
- Motif is an action direction, namely towards perwujutan ideal or a goal.
- Motiv it selects an action we, that determine which actions should be performed, matching, in order  to achieve that goal aside deeds are not useful to that end.


the things that can lead to intrinsic motivation:

The existence of Needs.:
With the need for it becomes a motivation for students to do and try, for example: kids want to know the story of the history books, the desire to know the content of such a strong incentive for children to learn to read.

The existence of Progress Self Knowledge.:
By knowing the results and presentation of self, as if he was making progress or not, it is to motivate children to study even harder. So with the knowledge of its own on its progress, then the motivation will arise.

The existence of aspirations or ideals:
That man will not be separated from the ideals, it is depending on the age of the man himself. Perhaps the child has not been ideal, but the greater the age of a person more clearly and firmly and getting to know their identity and ideals he wants to achieve it.
